KYBA welcomed a record 96 teams for our 22nd annual Chris Paulin Memorial Tournament!  With divisions ranging from Atom to Junior, boys and girls, a record number of youth basketball players filled gyms across Ottawa's west end to compete for Gold!

We were thrilled to welcome teams from across Ontario and Quebec this year, some travelling 5 or more hours to join us.  It is exciting to see basketball growing in the region, and to see the level of play across all divisions.  KYBA is working to continue growing those basketball numbers in the region, and has set the bar by being the first club to offer some levels of play.

Through the hosting of the region's largest tournament, KYBA is offering an unprecedented opportunity to youth in basketball.  Plans are already underway for next year, where we look forward to welcoming even more teams!

We wish to send out a great big thank you to tournament sponsors Pita Pit Kanata and Nike!  Pita Pit Player of the Game awards rewarded players for their hard work on the court, giving them lots to be proud of.  The support of Nike in providing volunteers to help run the tournament was invaluable to KYBA.
